Cassie’s introduction to senior living began as a waitstaff in an Independent Living Community where she worked her way through the food service program, eventually earning the title of Executive Chef. Wanting to switch gears she moved to a Business Management position at an Assisted Living and Memory Care community where she found her passion for senior living. Cassie has now managed Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities as an Executive Director. After a move to the Brazos Valley, She then served in the Home Health field. With all of the senior living experience she asked herself, How can I serve my new community? And the answer was clear.
